Taekwondo is also a great way to get and keep in shape, with professional instructors advising you, it’s the best way to lose extra pounds or even test yourself at competition level.

Fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, confidence, self defence Taekwondo is also a great way to socialise and meet new people/friends.

With over access to 20,000 members throughout the U.K.  National and International events as part of the T.A.G.B.
